In my opinion Green Drinks are absolutely the best thing to use to balance the body. A good green drink will have plant based minerals, trace minerals, probiotics, and a wealth of anti-oxidants and vitamins. An interesting way to use wheat-grass is to grow some sprouts and just take a little of the grass and chew it. It has a sweeter taste than the juice and is absolutely fresh. When you have chewed out all the goodness, just spit out the wad. If you compost, just throw it in the compost pile. Owen, who has a private Website here taught me that technique.

By all means do some liver cleanses. Getting the liver and colon cleansed will make such a dramatic difference in how your body processes toxins. Irritable bowel is difficult to treat and may result from several different factors. My brother has IBS, but he goes the traditional medical route and just controls the symptoms. He is never really well, just sometimes better than others.

As far as your dosing goes, I believe in doing what works best for you. I cannot tolerate large doses after several months. I am in a wheelchair and can't deal well with diarrhea either, so I am on the low dose end and just occasionally try a larger dose. I have noticed small improvements like toe nail fungus easing. My main concern is to ease inflammation in hopes my nerves might heal.

The biggest problem most of us had with your post was calling Miracle-Mineral-Supplement "poison". While that may be Shelley's opinion, it did not belong on a support forum. Everything else may be controversial, but it can be discussed in a civil manner here. Tweet
