There's no need to worry about mercury redistribution, if you are also taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will oxidize the mercury, rendering it harmless. Just need to continue drinking lots of water to remove it and other toxins from the body. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is a good chelator of mercury and other metals. If using ALA, it would be good to be consistent with MMS dosages; and you might want to add cilantro to your diet. It chelates and binds mercury. Maybe this is too much chelation, to fast. Be aware of your bodies natural detox elimination paths (kidneys, intestines, skin, nasal excretion). They may be overwhelmed.

Next, we will worry about iron chelation via MMS, if ever I can find info on that.
