O/T - magnesium, amalgrams

I have just come out of an Epsom Salt bath now actually :) I also have some 'magnesium oil, dollop of love' i think its called that you mix up and apply to the skin, i dont know if this is the same form of magnesium (magnesium chloride?) as what the trandermal magnesium book talks about. i have not really used it though due to the Epsom Salt baths.

if i have the amalgrams i will definitely have them removed,no doubt about it. the consultation with the dentist is costing £150 ($300) and so as i work part time (due to my health issues) i could not afford to have them out for a few months anyway.

I did not know ALA was also a chelator, interesting stuff that. If i do have amalgrams and get them taken out i was not expecting overnight results but was hoping with chelation i could be looking at some positive results in 6-12 months, am a bit daunted that it could take years :(
as i am doing quite a lot of stuff for my health anyway i guess it will be difficult to tell if the positive results would be due to having the amalgrams removed or due to other stuff im doing.
