It looks to me like every week you are looking for something to offend you so that you can come in threatening to leave. Frankly it gets rather old.
Have you thought that maybe the question she asked was out of a perception of your own racism towards her? Is your judgement of this person as "a waste of brain cells" the product of your high moral ground?
There's some kind of saying about not pulling the speck out of someone's eyes until they've taking care of their own vision being obscured by a log.
Your a nice person. Most people like you. So stop looking for all the little ways in which everybody else's actions affect your existence, and choose to be happy in spite of an imperfect world.
