YOU use at least one (possibly more, who knows?) anonymous numbered identity (that is far, far newer than your V identity) to post stuff in the Debate Forums in support of your main identity, Vulcanel, despite the fact that the CZ rules say forum owners are not allowed to post in the Debate Forums .

However! Despite this you want your own powers expanded so you can thwart other people from doing the exact same thing you have been doing.

If you dont want people using multiple ID's to post things on CZ the first thing you need to do is very simple - STOP DOING IT YOURSELF!!!!
