You've made some good points and I appreciate
you pointing the issues out.

I would also like to offer that the current
terms of service and the posting guidelines
do offer ways to report any violations.

If people would familiarize themselves with
the guidelines and terms of service which
already exist, we would not need additional
ones~~oh, and if anyone needs a reminder, we
each agreed to abide by them when we opened
our account.
