There's no way to keep guns from criminals. The first auto-loading rifle was designed and made from start to finish by a criminal in a prison machine shop.(under strict supervision I'm sure)

I believe more children are hurt or killed by riding their bikes in front of cars than from guns.

I have shown each of my children how to hold a gun and how to shoot it. They now have great respect for the power of a gun.

I don't hunt, but I'm glad so many do. When I lived in N.Y. where the hunting is too restricted there are too many deer. Every year people are hurt and killed by trying to not hit them with their car and hitting a tree or flipping their car.

I'm sure that if the criminals knew that people had no guns to stop them, they would get very bold.

I think a background check and 24hr waiting period is enough gun control.
