i agree, there are times when it's hard to say no, especially if you're sitting with your whole family at christamas once a year and they are munching on all this devilish food and you sit there with your own specially made candida-less plate of steamed veggies and fish (not that i mind i am an excellent cook)... but i know my mum worries i am very, very skinny and she just doesn't understand this whole diet thing...and you can't say no to her heavenly homemade apple cake that she begs you to try... lol, i did it for her "sanity".
