dont sweat it, dude. i teach lessons and i never know who might read these posts. they are never condemnations nor are they meant to be strictly personal. none of us are perfect or live in a perfect world. the thing we must always focus on is making what we know to do a habit of living and keep learning to do even better. have hope because i have gotten rid of candida and i can now eat a nasty piece of cake on my sons birthday and it doesnt bother me at all. it has taken me years to get to that point and about three strict years of not eating that cake to save my life. it has also been almost two years since i got my fillings out. that was the only way i was able to get rid of the threat of candida for good.

look at it this way, you tested the waters and see you have more work to do. thats all.
