YES these are great thoughts to use when a negative thought wants to creep in. It does feel GOOD to focus on these.
About this one:
"I know he will overcome his issues with ease"
Why doesnt mentioning his issues as being overcome with ease put the focus on issues? As in I will lose weight with ease?
