Re: Any Carnivores out there, besides me?

Yes I am!! Glad to meat you!!
I barely feel any shame anymore from the meat-eater label.
Meat settles my gut, causes no drowsyness. I am unique, of course, but all foods bother my IBS, just not meat, oddly. Oddly oddly oddly.

I had, for dinner last night, 200 gms of beef, two kinds of veggies [Brussel sprouts and aaparagus]. Tonight I had beets, Celery Root, and 200 gms of meat [red beef].

grains are so hard to get away from. I did find some rice pasta, which is just "a less bad grain".

And I restored my awful awful bowel problem to nearly normal now. At least I can poop again, and that was a very bad YEAR.

ORGANIC veggies, if you can, because if I get away from my diet [above] and eat the wrong thing, it is non-organic produce that cuases problems.

Note- potatoes are a heavily pesticided crop, and it is very nasty poisens too. Even organic potatoes are not good for my bowel, too starchy or something.
Gliandin in grains is "not digestable", and trans fats in hydrogentatd oils - I believe these are what caused constipation, strangley.
