I have not personally recommended distilled over filtered...I use both, and think there is a place for both.

But, a debate over these different types of water does not belong in the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement Support Forum.

Please try and refrain from posting debates in this forum, especially when they have nothing directly to do with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
