Condition Your Distilled Water if you Drink it
There are experts who say not to use distilled, and there are experts who say always start with distilled. This is an interesting topic, but it is a matter of some controversy.
I have myself used distilled water during much of the last 4 years, even after I bought my Jupiter Ionizer...and I got extremely healthy doing so.
At the same time, I would have to say that I never drank plain distilled water. I have always added a teaspoon of greens mix, and the NaClO2. Other conditioners that I have heard of people using in distilled water are Concentrace, Prill Beads, or even Real Salt. The main idea is to start with a truly pure (at the sub-molecular, "protit" level), then add back in minerals and ions to raise the ph, etc...
I personally would NEVER recommend that someone use distilled water without conditioning it/adding minerals into it. But, to be absolutely certain that your water is very pure, there is nothing like starting from a foundation of distilled water.
Actually, there is a time to use naked distilled water, although I have never done it: it is often used for water fasting/cleansing. This illustrates why it should never be drank regularly, unconditioned - it is so "empty" that it facilitates the leaching & removal of stuff from the tissues and blood (the "stuff" flows from a higher concentration fluid (the blood and tissues) to a lower concentration fluid (the empty water).
Just my thoughts.
