Re: wormewood ,die off or parasites?

hi katherine...I'm sorry you're going through this...besides the sickness, the fear these things create can drive one mad. and then you go after them and they can kick up such a fuss you're sorry you ever tried.

most of my symptoms now are only when I'm trying to eradicate them. otherwise, I know they are there, I can feel them, and I can feel the drain they cause, but I am not sick every day like I used to be, or have the long list of other symptoms I used to have. so you will get better. depending on your level of infection, it may take some time, but you will heal. it's hard to keep the faith sometimes, and the parasites themselves create fear, they love that environment, so a lot of what we feel is from them. the more you get rid of, and the clearer you become, you'll feel stronger and more able to feel what's their fear, what's you're own. most is theirs.

my infection...I've seen evidence of all three classes, roundworms, Tapeworms and flukes. I'm also highly suspect of lyme, and there could be other microbes too.

I've had this going on for a long time. probably most my life but wasn't aware of it because symptoms were so vague. my health started to really decline 5 years ago. there was a couple years I was terribly sick and non functional. within the last 2 years I've improved a lot, at least health wise. the parasites are still there though.

for routine...well, I just keep working on it. when I hit on something that works, I do it again. often, it won't work a second round, or at least not too close in time, and I have to wait longer, like a couple months. it may work again, or not. I just keep trying.

I do mild bowel cleansing, which is just flaxseed/slippery elm shake in the morning, and later in the day I use lower bowel balance formula, or dr schulze intestinal formula 1. and keep as healthy a diet as I can (no junk food, flour, sugar), take some spirulina/chlorella and wheatgrass juice to supplement.

it's an ongoing process. I've had long periods of plateaus, but at least I do not regress, and when I do make steps forward, those usually hold.

the things that have helped my general health the most has been whole foods diet, juicing and getting the stones out of my liver and gall bladder.

for parasite cleansing...I try many different herbs, and rotate them. I buy in bulk and make my own formula, this way I get stronger preparations and am able to control dosing. taking premade commercial products, even if good quality, have been useless to me, they are too weak.

I wish I had a protocol I could tell you, but I don't. I just try to listen to my body in reaction to what I'm taking, and try different ones. when there's a strong reaction, I know they don't like it anyhow, even if it doesn't kill them. other times, I do kill some, with no adverse symptoms...so there's no pattern with me.

some of the herbs that I've had results with are.....clove, bloodroot, hyssop, male fern, thyme, sage, poke root, Wormwood , wormseed, oregano oil, neem oil, lemongrass oil.

just keep building your health and going after them as best you can and within your tolerance. you'll be okay, it may take time, but you will get better.
