my most consistant reaction is panic attacks. other reactions have been blood pressure alterations, heart rhythm changes, difficulty breathing, general decline in health, hives, crawling sensations, itching, confusion, facial swelling, muscle weakness. I guess inflammation is part of some of these reactions, but if you mean joint inflammation, I've not had that.

something I use when not feeling well, is take digestive enzymes on empty stomach. I've read that it can help inflammatory conditions, but have never used it for this. for alleviating sickly feeling, it helps quite a bit for me.
