I have the original post and perhaps Ynaig will

was deleted, it would probably not be appropriate
for me to copy and paste without permission.

If Ynaig does not repost the info, I would be
willing to share it privately as I felt it was
a really great sharing. Certainly, among other
benefits, a low-cost effective way to remineralize
the body. I immediately went out and bought some
cabbage and made some~!
