if you read other posts of Zoebess you'll find out that she's more than aware of the soul/mind/body connection, I say this as a third part so that you continue your conversation without wasting time in misunderstandings. Zoebess is actually the girl that always talks of this! (at least some time ago, my presence in CZ is quite erratic)

to my knowledge, Acne is very connected to the health of the colon. There is an interesting ayurvedic protocol using urine enemas, if you dare. It gives amazing results. Alkalizing diet alone could be too slow, anyway I agree with Zoebess the returning Acne looks like a wavw of healing to me.

Regarding abdominal fat, you might be exagerating with yin energy, the saucepan adds a bit of yang energy (fast and hot cooking). Privilege yang foods for a while and see what happens. And "fletcherize", very important also for the acne, if you find the focus.
