Re: Experiences of emotional healing
I agree that there is a body-mind connection
but my research also connected some more of
the dots for me and helped me understand that
there is also a liver connection. The liver,
as you know, is the seat of the emotions. If
you have low liver function, you would also
experience symptoms of acne. That your cleansing
cleared up your
Acne would suggest that with
each wave of healing, you have made progress.
I would offer that you consider keeping up
the routine body maintenance to keep your
progress going. For me, my other research into
fats has also helped me understand the importance
of incorporating plant-based oils into my diet.
I use hemp and coconut oil predominantly and
have given up olive oil for cooking, instead
using coconut oil. I eat a spoon of coconut oil
quite frequently and found all my cravings for
foods which are greasy or which contain fat,
including chocolate, have disappeared. I have
more energy and my body is finally dropping
weight again and shifting. I walk a couple of
miles a day and do other moderate exercise but
nothing that I had not been doing, so I attribute
my progress to
Liver Flushing and to getting in
more fat. I have been working to eliminate trans
fats from my diet too.
