Re: Experiences of emotional healing

Hello Zoebess,

Thanks for replying. I know that the liver is the seat of the emotions, however my liver is working fine.
For your information, I've had the same thing of belly abdomen in the past and it was gone by doing a fast with cabbage water for 2 months straight. That was before I ever heard of the alkalizing protocol. However I have eliminated transfats long time ago probably 4-5 years ago. I use extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, sesame oil, other natural oils in my salads. I stopped using the saucepan for cooking since I don't like anymore the taste of fried food. I use only steaming process and slow cooking (crockpot) for cooking only.

In relation to the acne, it has been a symptomatic one, and going over the memory lane, I can find many instances when I had flare ups of acne, it was always associated with indecision on my part. So in my case the Acne is an emotional expression.

The connection between body, mind and spirit is quite more complex than you realize. All three interacts with each other deeply and any imbalance shown in the interactions will always show on the physical side, emotional side or spiritual side.

Full healing will occur when there is balance in the interactions between body, mind and spirit. In this state, no disease can touch you ever.
