Hey lovely lady, thank you for the suggestion on Byron Katie. I do like her bunches! Her work is such a practical, yet powerful way to do therapy. Why, if it was her instead of Freud who had started modern psychotherapy, imagine where we'd be! Her ideas are practical and something I can draw on when I am a therapist (which is not yet) - I've also suggested her book to someone I know having a very difficult time. I also have some situations now that could be deemed 'difficult', but oddly even though it sucks in theory, it's still kinda ok, y'know?
