I've seen you mention Byron Katie many times...didn't realize that I had, indeed, read one of her books...Loving What Is...when it first came out. (I'm bad with names...authors, etc.) I loved the book...need to read it again, as well as her others. I wrote out a rather lengthy quote of hers on one of the forums and was looking for it the other day...couldn't find it for the life of me, and don't remember which forum it's on. But she actually posted a brief message...shocked me! And I recently read your blog entry. :)

Thank you for your kind words of wisdom! I'll look into Debbie Ford's book, too.
