Sorry but I am no victim, not in the least; however, I am also no fool. So why is it when I went to the doctor during a particularly stressful time at work and asked about remedies to help me sleep the first thing she offered was, "Oh there are a bunch of really good medicines that will help you sleep well," rather than suggesting something natural FIRST like valerian root, kava kava or melatonin?

Oh right, she doesn't get any kickbacks from natural drugs.
