Re: Are you happy with your non-stick but non-teflon pans?

I have for the last six months used a non-stick pan made by German company WMF. I beleive is it sold everywhere around the world.
I use it everyday and it has remained TOTALLY NEW! No scratching at all, nothing visible even with a magnifying glass (just checked for your information).
This is not coated with Teflon or similar, but with "Nanodur", an aluminium based coating which is not supposed to release any of its substance.
If it does release some, it doesn't show as it did on my former Teflon pans.
We cannot be sure, but then the same can be said of stainless steel pans.
