I use iron & copper. All pans are non-stick, if they're used properly. It's just that the americans got lazy in the early 60's when dupont offered teflon coated wares, and didn't have to use old cooking techniques any longer, so they forgot them. It's all about correctly seasoning it, and using the proper heat, same as I would do for a woman. I wouldn't want one to stick to me now would I ??
