I just bought a lifetime stainless steel 10" pan at Sams Club last week. I'm reasonably happy with it as far as the not sticking. It is supposed to have 7 layer composition and that is why it doesn't stick because the heat is supposed to be very even. It is supposed to be better and cheaper than Allclad. I'm curious what everyone else is using instead of teflon and how well it is working out.
