Re: Is liver flushing a gimmick?

The ES concentration is the one thing I never changed, even though I can't stand downing the stuff. I always have a shot of mouthwash standing by. I don't know how lesser amonts may or may not work. Personally haven't seen lower recommendations. Hasn't hurt anyone, yet, that I know of. I stopped the morning ES a long time ago and, now, just use a Salt Water Flush, which in comparison, has no taste. When not flushing I SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at least once a week. I am cautious to change protocol from flush to flush, only because I don't want to risk wasting the effort on something I am only going to do once every few weeks, never-the-less, my changes have been ongoing and significant - depends of what I read of other protocols and experiences.
