Invest in liver flushing? A buck and a half for Epsom Salts . 6 Bucks for olive or sunflower oil. A couple of dollars for grapefuits. And a day off to let it happen.

No one, I doubt, is ever convinced that this will work. They just jump in with a little faith. At worst, nothing will happen. What part do you think is a gimmick? I can't speak to an Acne cure, but you will see stuff coming out of you. But, also, like any pursuit of health on this board, it is NOT just one thing. You do need to commit to more than just one, however. More than one flush and more than just flushing. Tweet
