Thanks Molly, that was an excellent history of the forum, and I really feel clued in now. As usual the clueing in happens after I shoot my mouth off rather than before - but I guess I'm to old to change. My wife calls me, with her adorable French accent "an extreme person", and maybe that's another way to say passionate.

I guess the light, fun tone of experimentation you set in the forum felt violated to me somehow so I characteristically overreacted. And the worst part about it? I never feel guilty in the slightest - LOL.

I'm sure you never realized the grenade you were lobbing in the room with your innocent little thread. Or did you? ;)
