'Vaccuum' ONLY with your mouth muscles! It's a kind of suction movement...sort of like the swishing of oil or water that you know how to do.

And, again, as I understand it, only some varieties of parasites live in that way.

As for killing them all, I believe that Humaworm is carefully formulated to safely kill X numbers of parasites with Y amount of herbs.

Some of us have greater accumulations; some of us pick up more daily. This is a program to keep them in check. We are signing on for a lifetime practice here.

And we are learning as we go.
