Hi gee gee!

Perhaps I didn't actually form that in a question! So here goes...

What happens if a person is unable to spit the mucous drainage out? Does it go back to intestines and start forming new parasites? If one can't spit out the mucous because it is draining down the back of their throat and can't get it to come up, then is that detrimental?
