It is a matter of achieving balance. Speedy is right about the need for a wholistic approach. And, yes, taking an excessive amount of one mineral will reduce others. That is exactly the point in taking a therapeutic dose of Iodine, to reduce the amount of floride, chorine, bromide and toxic heavy metals burdening system.

I learned hep c was a factor in my health problems by applying for life insurance. They turned me down. I will ask my accupuncturist if he still has a copy of the lab results on file. I don't know if they checked my thyroid function, or not.
