Re: Is that the sound of echoing I hear...

I agree that mineral balance is essential. Hair loss might be caused by too much selenium, not enough Biotin, or myxedema in people with pre-existing hashimoto, which probably probably means rapid detox has produced cytotoxins, and there is a need to increase the Iodine more slowly. Too much or too little of anything will often produce the same symptoms. The problem is we have erred on the side of too little for so long that we've become accustomed to accepting poor health and inadequate energy levels as the norm. People have no idea what optimal health is. We've yet to realize our full potential.

The traditional AMA medical approach is to give a teaspoon of bottled water to a person who is dying of thirst, say "see that didn't improve the condition at all", and prescribe intravenous solutions for five days. And if we don't watch out, the FDA will declare that bottled water is dangerous, because one teaspoon won't prevent dehydration, and you can down in a bath tub full of it. Next thing you know they will take it off the market to protect people from spending money on it.

Human DNA is diverse. Everybody should start with a tiny fraction of the recommended dose of anything new, and slowly increase, because you never know if you are going to be able to tolerate it. But going around warning everyone against therapeutic supplementation, simply because you are one of the few who could not tolerate the same amount that is helping the vast majority of people, who are courageous enough and willing to try it, is like warning people not to get into a hot tub because you are afraid they might drown.

What, exactly, is the point of frightening people, and warning them away from trying something that might make a huge difference in their health?

People who want to care take others and protect people to such a degree are often the ones that push for legislation that limits personal freedom, and that alarms me. We already have too many laws on the books protecting stupid people from themselves. The gene pool would be better off without them.

Why anyone would want to prevent others, some who have been very ill, and nearly died, from mega dosing and feeling better than they have ever felt, is beyond my comprehension. Is there some reason why anybody should be afraid to take a therapeutic dose that could potentially save their life?

The chances are you will not have a car wreck. But it could happen. And therefore I beg of you not to drive. Please to do not drive. Driving is dangerous. You should give up your drivers license and take the bus everywhere. Get rid of your car. Please get rid of your car. Thank you.
