No, but I have reviewed the research and have tried Iodine and it has a negative impact on my thyroid.
Furthermore, I don't believe that single dosing of any mineral is safe. I think we are much better off to take in minerals by organic and balanced means, mainly by ingestion of quality foods.
I have been arguing against detoxing with Iodine for sometime now and the more I research this the more confident I am that Iodine is NOT for everyone. Granted many will reap tremendous benefit from iodine supplementing, but not all. That is the point, not all.
I think the Iodine Forum s are great but need to warn of possible side effects.
