Studies have shown that changing jobs, moving, divorce or ending a relationship, and loss of a loved one are the four most stressful events that can happen. You encountered three out of the four within the past six months. No wonder you have collapsed - you have had a figurative ton of bricks piled on you in fairly short order.
I would say that what you are going through has a lot to do with reacting to all that stress. Realize that such things and stress will pass, and in the meanwhile focus on all the good things you have going for you and how those stressful things you have gone through are really all very positive things that will pay off for you someday soon, Great kids, good health and a great new guy? You will do fine!
