My primary point is that if hair loss is occurring, whatever it is that is causing it should be stopped. Or, at minimum, reduced to a level of intake where the hair loss issue is resolved or diminished to tolerable levels. The body response is dishing out a clue that should be listened to...

Iodine intake and experience on many forms and posts, including my mother feeding us kelp and using it herself in organic gardening since before we were kids along with switchel.
Suffice it to say that cancer is of little concern in my family... no breast cancers, no prostate cancers, ever; one possible lung cancer in a lifetime smoker and coal miner, and a sister with lymphoma in remission is all I am aware of... and that only after multiple major prescription drug addictions and abuse, along with a host of vanity surgeries and one of the worst diets (even now) I have ever been witness to.
Slow and steady wins the race.
