Thanks, I think I'm going to order that book.

Do you know why there are twice as many negatives on that list as positives? I don't know if that's an important aspect as I haven't read the book yet... I wonder what that says about the difficulty of transitioning through stages and if it's easier to stay in negativity than staying positive. Maybe the english language just has more words that describe negativity than positivity? Ok maybe not lol... :)
