Awebaby, I too have sciatica from time to time, not as bad as yours at present, I feel for your pain. While researching recently for myself, I found in Dr. Christopher's book that this could be an underlying bowel problem. So I agree this may be true. So the LBB should help. MH recommended a chiropractor, but for various reasons I couldn't go at the time. Now don't chide me please - I tried a product from Native Remedies (herbal) called SciatiGon. I was extremely skeptical but researched the ingredients and found them interesting. My pain was pretty bad to the point of interfering with my work, sitting was very uncomfortable. I took 2 doses per day. Within 3 days I had considerable improvement. I'd say painfree within a week. Of course I'll never know if I would have gotten better anyway without the product. I've also had plantar fasciitis, gosh it's the pits. The foot exercising is very important for that. Also try the recommended foot stretches before getting out of bed in the morning. Believe me, you are not alone. Constant chronic pain wears you out and can make you a bear. Best wishes to you, Flower
