It's Worth a Try...

The standard response from chiros on sciatic pain is to adjust the spine and that is a great course of action and will work at times. However that does not always solve the problem. When I had sciatica many years ago the chiro route did little for me. The sciatica got me on the road of doing colonics and learning more about health.

In my opinion sciatic pain is a result of an impacted colon. The hardened colon presses up against the nerve. So if the colon is the culprit then dislodging the encrusted matter is the answer. It has nothing to do with regularity either but about a buildup. Water can flow through the pipes of a house on a 'regular' basis but there can still be a buildup of scale inside the pipe itself.

The castor oil will more than likely clear this up. A COP removes adhesions and buildup. It opens up the gall bladder and the liver too. This may help clear the depression. Place the pack on the abdomen and low back using an electrical (dry heat not moist heat) heating pad.

On page 25 of the McGarey book there is a testimonial for sciatica...

A man had severe sciatica and received multiple chiro adjustments, massage, pain killers, bed rest and electrical stimulation. Everything you could throw at it but instead it got worse! The family doctor set up an appointment with a neurosurgeon. That night his wife applied a COP on the lower back. Some pain relief was experienced. He rescheduled the surgery but his wife appled the packs daily. (Every few days also take two teaspoons of olive oil after the COP. It is what Edgar Cayce recommends to be used with the COPs). After seven days he was completely healed and back to work again with no recurrence.

As for the feet just rub the oil around the painful areas and wrap the foot in a plastic bag and put under the covers at night during sleep. This is 100% effective for gout which is incredibly painful and will keep you awake all night long. For the gout also use the COP on the abdomen.

My yoga coach has a teenage daughter who is an accomplished ballet performer and practices hard everyday. Its strenuous activity. Recently she has been experiencing stiffness in the shoulder and upper back area. I suggested the COP and gave her an extra bottle from my house to be sure she would use it. On Sunday she reported her daughter was completely relieved of the pain and stiffness.

Castor oil really works for some people. It's at least worth a try. Ya neva no!
