Wow Azurite - you are amazing! You should start your own forum you are so knowledgeable. Thanks you so much - I had read some things already about the castor oil packs but this gives me a much clearer idea of what I need to do.

I ordered the castor oil yesterday and paid the extra to have it overnighted because I am so much wanting to get better - I guess I should do it first on the abdomen and then again on the lower back. I have a massage scheduled for this afternoon and am thinking of bringing it along so she can use it on my feet.
