Re: I'm At The End Of My Rope!
Hi, Jibsea,
I hear your frustration.
In rereading your posts, I do not see liver flushes mentioned; have you done any of these? These are a top priority, very cheap to do and reap great benefits. From my readings, if the liver is congested (and, it would appear to be in many people), that impacts all of the body's systems. Most obviously for you, your circulatory system is being impacted and resulting in the varicose veins.
In order to be successful in the liver flushes, you need to get the bowels moving so that the toxins are heading in the right direction (out!) and do a kidney cleanse so that the kidneys are not damaged by the sudden release of toxins when you do the liver flushes. BH (MH) has great formulas for the kidney and bowel cleanses -- and not so expensive as they are elsewhere.
As others have stated about their own health, you may have many flushes to do, but they are quite interesting because you see and feel real progress when you get rid of a lot of stones. The flushes should be 2 - 3 weeks apart. The liver then takes about six months to repair itself. After that, it should be functioning properly.
Whatever 'disease' the body has been labelled as having, it is a sign that the body is out of balance: i.e. acid. The body then has to be brought back to balance. Adding supplements etc., don't get to the base of the problem: the body needs to be properly and fully cleaned out -- then, only good food should be ingested after that or else the problem will return. It is improperly combined, cooked food, etc., that causes us most of our problems. Eating simply of good, clean food is the requirement.
The OJ Fast is to be done AFTER liver flushes because, if you do it prior to cleaning out all of the stones from the liver ducts, the body still has to address its clogged-up system, rather than take advantage of the fast to do additional cleansing. So, if you did not do liver flushes prior to the fast, you would not get much benefit from it.
Louise L. Hay in her book, You Can Heal Your Life, lists that the probable cause (metaphysically speaking) for varicose veins is: "Standing in a situation you hate. Discouragement. Feeling overworked and overburdened." She suggests the following new thought pattern: "I stand in truth and live and move in joy. I love Life, and circulate freely."
Perhaps this info may be of some use to you.
Kindest thoughts.
