Is There A Cure For Varicose Veins?

MH, Thanks for your reply.

I was not trying to kill myself by riding a bike to get my exercise. We each need exercise to build strength, circulation, and sweat for removal toxins.

In my readings, I learned that walking, swimming or bike riding was beneficial for people with varicose veins. I don't want to swim because they put chlorine in the pool water. I chose bike riding.

I asked my Gorilla friend about your "leg shaker, he just grunted. Although, I've never seen a gorilla ride a bike, I've never seen one use your 'leg shaker' contraption either. So, does that mean I should not use a bike? Lance Armstrong has a resting heart rate of 35 bpm. His heart is a fine tuned machine. His legs are like sculptured solid steel. And, he doesn't eat the mono-fruit diet like you preach. Find it hard to believe riding a bike will kill me? Unless I get hit by a car.

I like to try new things. I will try the leg shaker. Which model do you suggest? Where's a good place to get one? Do you know a web link? Guess it means spending more money on another scam. I've already spent thousands, what's a few hundred more $$ right?
