Hi, I hope you can help me....
I'll give this to you as brief as possible....I'm Female, will be 48 on March 26, Ky...
I had a insecure upbringing...some emotional disconnection with family members (ie mom and dad)...saw to much suffering, death, crime, alcoholism, poverty etc...
Was feeling pretty good in late teens and early twenties, in a relationship that I thought had a future...then a breakup and I moved out..
Grieved as best I could..but always felt that the relationship was the one for me...thought it was something I just knew...but didn't persue it, but kept it going in my mind...as if it would happen someday....
Out on my own, working, singing in a band, performing in local theartre, but felt empty...having panic attacks, felt depressed.
Then diagnosed as depressed at age 29...took Anti depressants for years...looking back I was getting worse not better...insomnia started and got worse..
In last 3 years learned something that I feel in part was the reason for depression..
I had taken antibiotics from 18 to 28 tetracyoline for acne...
causes depletion of b12 and magnesium...both cause depression...and yeast overgrowth was caused by antibiotics as well..I continuted to have many infections ...bladder, sinus, ear...
This is verified by having IBS by age 20, allergies by 25 and depression by 28..well before that really...
Anyway I'm off the AD..for 10 months..still have insomnia really bad...Have high estogen (even though part. hyterectomy 9 years ago)...caused by the AD's..(they increase the risk of breast, cancer)
Addressing all health issues...yeast overgrowth..changed diet, exercising, lots of clean water, Omega 3's, using Insight CD's and affirmations, good food source vitmain supplements(taking everything to assist body in healing)...taking supplements to lower estrogen and adjust hormones.
Curious now, what else I can do to assist my body in a more rapid healing...(as I need to find a new job) and what your thoughts are about the root cause of this depression...also, if you have any insight into the relationship that I spoke of..but I doubt that is part of what you do with the reading...anyway...anything you have to comment on would be greatly appreciated.
One last thing...part of this issue for me was obsessive thinking...and I read a post here at curezone in the last few months that those of Irish and Native American decent(of which I am one)do not digest their food properly and this causes ammonia to be released in the body causing obsessive thinking.
Thank you so much for your time...
