I need some help.

HI~ My name is Rachel, 9/5/81, I live near minneapolis.
I am just looking for some answers as to what is wrong with my stomach/intestines. I had my gallbladder taken out in sept 2001 after months of gallbladder attacks and pancreatitis.(it started during my pregnancy). After I got my GB taken out, I started getting these horrible stomach/intestine aches, mostly after eating. No one can figure out what is wrong with me, and they wont do a CT scan without the dye and I refuse to take it. When I get these I am totally bedridden and I would just like to know what the cause is so I can figure out how to help it. Also , I have a history of anxiety disorder.
