Many DO's know urogenital manipulations and can probably help you with the other adjustments as well, maybe exept for the nerve release. To release the nerves the practitioner need to know peripheral nerve release and since it is a postgradute eduction everybody do not know how to do it. Call around and ask what kind of qualification they have regarding this or take recommendations from others who may have good experience with someone.
