    I got diagnosed with Lichen Planus recently, which was only on my leg a few months ago, but now spread to other limbs. I decided to do a candida diet first, before an autoimmune one, and added just the minimum anti-fungal pills. Suddenly I got oral lichen planus about an hour after taking a candida cleanse pill! I waited about a week and I took another yeast cleanse pill (just one) and within the same time i had a huge flare up in my mouth and my cheek also swelled up now for 2 days.
    Does anyone have any idea what the heck might be going on? Its frustrating that in trying to treat the candida first it seems to be adding to my problems.

  Anyways you gotta shake it so it doesn't taste bad and as long as you can lie on your back with pillows and stay like this 30 mins to 1 hour, the oil has done it's work already by making the bile release with the stones even if you puke it afterwards.
