Time for a change in routine and perspective...

I have decided that the last ten days of my fast are going to be wonderful. To make that happen, I am stopping all extras, no more SWF & morning lax tea, no more detox teas (I was steeping one with each lax tea and having another tea with two detox tea bags each day). I will continue to use extra cayenne and oil swish but that's it, otherwise; this fast is ending by the book.
This morning I used half maple syrup, half molasses in my lemonade and it didn't taste too bad. If you add enough cayenne it covers anything. The smell could be better but no pain no gain. Perhaps the added nutrients will be helpful plus it gives me some variety. I may up the syrup part of the ratio in the future to make it more palatable.
On my way to work this morning I listened to an inspirational cd. I plan on using them more regularly, at least for awhile. The current one is on forgiveness of yourself and others which is a good topic for me.
In rereading my posts from the past week, I've allowed myself to become very negative. This doesn't help anyone. It only makes little problems seem bigger and obstacles seem insurmountable. No more! My focus today will be to take a deep breath and rethink my perspective. I can do it and I will.
Wish me luck,
