Day 13 and into 14
Settling into a better perspective.
Date: 7/8/2006 7:57:13 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2828 times For the past week I have passed more mucous and bowel sludge then ever before. It seems like I must run out of it at some point. Sometimes it is almost solid and others it is goopy and gross. While I'm very glad to have it leaving the premises so to speak, the emotional roller coaster ride it seems to be taking me on is almost more than I can handle.
All the same, I'm continuing to increase my cayenne as well as using lax tea at night, SWF in the morning followed by a second lax tea. I'm considering getting some Oxy-Powder but don't know much about the product yet. Do I have to buy it online (don't want to wait that long). Perhaps it will speed up the process for my funk eviction.
On a total different topic, Zoebess reminds me of a friend (and advocacy mentor) that I haven't seen in quite awhile. Today my daughter came home and had a trumpet lesson near where this person lives. I decided to stop by and leave a note on her door to say hi.
Luckily she was home and we had a wonderful chat. She couldn't believe how much my girls have grown (it's been a couple of years since she saw them). Seeing her was just what the doctor ordered. She is such a gentle loving spirit. Even when we talk about nothing her energy rubs off on me.
