Here's a list of current oddities I'm working through:

• Metallic taste in my mouth (what is that about?)
• Breakout on face (since I woke up today)
• Swollen glands on throat
• Aching ankle (tore 2 ligaments twice a couple years ago)
• Stiff muscles especially upper back and neck
• Cold feeling (brrr)
• Foul smelling all over (I hope no one else can tell)

Part of these are likely still hanging on since my SWF did not flush, per say, yesterday or today.  Perhaps I'll skip it for a couple of days since I'm already doing the lax tea 2x a day.  I'm feeling bloated with all that salt in my system.

On another note, two people at work mentioned I look slimmer today.  I haven't actually lost much weight, in fact I gained several pounds last week but that's okay.  The weight loss is nice but not the reason I'm doing this.  If I get all worked up over the numbers I'll lose the truly wonderous accomplishments I have made.
