Felt rundown and laid low most of my 4th of July

I felt very run down most of day ten. This is mostly due the liver flush I did the night before. While I didn't pass many stones (about 25 total), I did eliminate huge quantities of bright yellow BM. Even if my flush only helped some of the overload from my liver out the door, it was worth it.

Most of the day I had a terrible headache and no energy. I went for a walk with my husband and was panting and falling behind within a couple of blocks (usually he's struggling to keep up with me). By the afternoon I decided it was best just to lay low, watching movies and napping.

Overall an uneventful 4th of July,
