Day 2
Bound for Success
Date: 6/2/2006 12:43:07 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 4152 times Today, I walked barefoot out through the morning dew. Watched the sunrise and said a prayer over the garden. Had gotten up early to read news online and drink my Salt Water Flush before beginning my day.
I use a special cup and always mix my SWF up the night before so it is totally in solution by the next morning. No grit for me! Here is what my Carl Merten "Balance Cup" looks like~~
A friend gave me a wonderful cobalt blue bottle which I also use exclusively for mixing my solution since somehow it just seems vibrationally more special in a blue bottle.
I had a moment of automatic behavior when feeding my birds. I had a pecan halfway to my mouth before my mind seized up with some comical sense of horror...NOOOO! you can't do that!! Oh, I finally slipped back into my body...ggg...and agreed.
Made my lemonade for the day. A nice ritual to replace my coffee ritual which I am so enamored of. I have made it so often over the past months, it is really easy.
My recipe for lemonade for the day:
8 cups of water
3/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice (strain if desired)
3/4 cup of Organic grade B Maple Syrup
I divy it into 3 bottles and call it breakfast, lunch, and supper!
Cayenne is added per glass. My first long cleanse, I only sprinkled it in at first and worked up to *heaping* it in. Now, I find I just dove into heaping it in and it sure feels healing and tastes yummy!
Well, for day 2, I could be feeling worse. I have a headache-y feeling but nothing full blown yet. So, a good excuse to go lay out on the trampoline and watch the clouds drift for a while. I oiled my long hair with EMU OIL.

I read it would contribute to the follicle health of my hair. I covered it with a shower cap and am going to let it soak in for a few hours, including time in the sun, before I treat myself to a spa session this afternoon. A hot bath, a shower, some fresh toenail polish, and some planned reading since that is also one of my goals...to read some of the books I chose for the potentially transformational info I could glean from them. Plus reading is a great habit worth keeping up with.
I am currently reading Anne Rice's "Christ the Lord ~ Out of Eygpt"
and Victor Sanchez's "The Teachings of Don Carlos ~ Practical Applications of the Works of Carlos Castaneda".
I hope all those who are also on the Master Cleanse trip are doing well and especially, keeping hydrated!! Its not so easy to remember the water, although, by day 5 or 6 that should be a breeze for me. I put out in the morning what I need to drink, so its just a matter of "gittin''er done"!
Have a great day!
be happy, be well,
Zoe
